The Foothill SELPA Early Start Program serves infants and toddlers from birth to age three who have low incidence disabilities (hearing, vision and/or orthopedic impairments). Teams of special educators assess the children and work with their families to create Individualized Family Service Plans. The parents and children receive specialized instruction designed to help remediate the child’s disability. The families are served in their homes and all services are provided free of charge. Please call 818-246-3841 to obtain more information about the Early Start Program.
